Gloucester Interiors have over the years worked on Industrial , Commercial and Residential building’s and properties throughout Gloucestershire ,The Midlands and the South West acting as a sub - contractor to the main dry lining contractor, with smsts and cscs operatives we would be responsible for the running of the site to include labour management, health and safety, ordering of materials ,issue of drawings and liaison with the main contractor . We have worked on and completed big scale projects on time and to the main building contractors satisfaction. Some of the projects we have worked on and completed over the years are :-
- Corporation Street Birmingham JB Sports, Mothercare and New Look ,Old store split into three stores Partitioning,Insulating,Security Wire Mesh,Boarding,Fire Protection,Tape & Jointing
- Warwick Marks and Spencer Food Outlet Old store refurbishment of a large premises Mf ceilings , partitions,Independent wall linings,Steel fire encasements,tape & Jointing .
- Stratford-upon-Avon Maybird Retail Park Responsible for the partitioning and independent wall linings of the new build extension to the retail park large open space divided into 9 shops in total double partition walls of 45 meters wide 10 meters high. Jumbo metal stud, treble board ,security mesh and sound insulation along with independent wall linings to external walls.
- Gloucester Quays External metsec steel metal framing and concrete boarding installation to all external walls of the the new shopping centre including the hotel to carry terra cotta tiling and flashing systems.
- Newton Abbot Complete shop refurbishment to include partitions,Independent wall linings, fire blanket installation,and lay ‘n’ grid ceilings .
- St Davids 2 Cardiff The erecting of 32 tempary shop fronts with Metal I stud premium ply front and boarded back for the insulation of advertising boards prior to the shops being let out .
- RAF Brize Norton The internal fit out of three accommodation blocks each having three floors for the use of the sgts mess work included partitions,insulating and boarding of metal steel structure,suspended ceilings,fire encasements,tape & jointing and plastering.
- RAF Brize Norton The internal fit out of the new RAF Flying School work included,Partitions,Independent wall linings,boarding,insulation,fire encasements,lay n grid ceilings .
- Reading University Enterprise Centre Two new buildings one comprising of three floors and the other two, work included partitions , sound insulation, fire encasements, dot and dab,Independent wall linings , lay n grid ceilings , MF ceilings , plastering and tape & jointing .
- Junior School Cheltenham High rise mf ceiling installation and bording and lay n grid ceilings
- Hyatt Regency Hotel Birmingham Refurbishment of swimming pool and changing room area after fire damage work included Mf ceilings , independent wall linings end of pool features and plastering.
The list is endless to list all of our work would take a long time but you can see from the above we have experience in all aspects of the dry lining industry on small and large scale projects . We have over the years mainly worked on industrial and commercial properties as the main sub contractor to the main dry lining company seeing the project through from start to finish .
